      I contracted woody to drop a roll off dumpster 20yrds for 7 days was $450 with each additional day costing $25. They were supposed to pick up the dumpster the following Thursday prior to memorial holiday weekend but failed to do so until Monday afternoon. When I called and asked if Id be refunded $25 per day for them leaving the dumpster blocking my only road to my back field and my RV I was told no & kiss her a@@.

      Hello, the boxes are 7 days rental, and once informed boxed are done, we put you on a list to pick up the box as soon as we can. The soonest we could get it was Monday. You paid $450 for the roll off, and no extra day fees. There is no refund amount owed due to the fact the customer was not charged any extra fees. The customer chooses where the boxes are placed, so therefore location is up to the customer. No swearing was done by office staff.

      I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

      I was told a daily fee of $25 was charged if I needed the roll of over 7 days and then you left it over the Holiday weekend
      You care nothing about customers and you know it!!!!! Think about it at 2am all greed. Zero respect or care for customers

      This company fraudulently charged my credit card $52.50 when they were never authorized to have my card on file, period. They also cashed a $52.50 check the very same day they fraudulently charged my credit card. I want a full refund immediately. What they did is considered stealing. I have also made a police report for my personal records should I have other issues that will require legal action in the future. The attached screenshots show the check I sent that they were allowed to legally cash. It also shows the email from the company dating they FRAUDULENTLY deducted $52.50 from my credit card.

      Requested a third (trash) can two weeks prior to quarterly contract renewal, they were eager to claim the extra money for the contract on the due day.Four weeks, one third, into the quarterly contract still no third can.Due to bad weather, we waited until the third week to inquire, my wife on a speaker phone was told it's on a truck and the truck was out for delivery.A week goes by, I call about the third can, I'm on speaker phone, my entire family heard the lady keep me off and told me I'm on the list for delivery today, when I tried to say that's what we were told last week I was hung up ******* it is the next day, I called about the third can, at first I was refused to be passed on to a supervisor, supposedly the owner picked up the phone and actually escalated the call with his hateful demeanor.Immediately after telling me (before fully confirming who I even was) that the can was out on a truck being delivered today, turned right around and said we never tell customers things will be delivered today.When I pointed out his double statement he simply yelled this was the first time and that I will be fully refunded and I can now find a new trash service.*Note: it's not the point they are having trouble delivering the can but the constant lying and telling me I'm the liar.Not the first issue I've had with this company.Three months ago they failed to pick up my trash because I fell off their computer for service even though they could see I was laid in full etc.

      The customer was never guaranteed a day of delivery. After the customer got upset with the staff, the service was canceled.

      Owner states my service is cancelled but my wife called the office per the owners request through ******** and talk to him directly.

      Secretary stated owner wasn't in but told my wife the service was never cancelled and my address remains in file to receive a third trash can, due key circumstances the delivery may be a few days to a couple of weeks.

      Now it's a wait and see if they are continuing service or not.

      And remains unknown if the owner meant all service or just a third can delivery service.
