    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your performance on the project located at ************************************** And **************************************. As you are aware, we entered into a contract on SEP 25, 2024 for the completion of MAKING THE HOUSE RENT READY. According to the terms of our agreement, the work was to be completed WITHIN TWO WEEKS. However, as of today, the project remains significantly unfinished, and no reasonable updates or explanations have been provided regarding the delay.Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter amicably, the project has not progressed as expected, and I have not received satisfactory responses to my inquiries. The incomplete work includes.FULL REPAIR ON THE HOUSE Due to your failure to complete the work as per the contract, I am demanding a full refund of the amount paid to date, which totals $18,375, to compensate for the unfulfilled terms of our agreement. If the full refund is not received. I will have no choice but to take legal action to recover the funds, along with any additional costs incurred due to your breach of contract.i do not suggest or refer anyone to you. you have been very unprofessional at your work. you have brought your wife to give you a hand without the authorization and the code of the law. you have been gaining money but not doing any work of the projects that been paid to you. you and your business is such a scam. and you will be getting complained to the agency in **. if you want resolbe the issue i suggest you return the funds that you took otherwise i will be seeing you in court and getting more than what im asking with penalties fees etc. I hope you underdtand.

    I have attached some files I have more screenshot of all the conversation and agreements that we had but this person has not finished the work and took the money
