  I had electrical and plumbing issues that were concerning to me. After searching for about 6 months, I found these guys. They were very kind professional, timely, respectful, and absolutely knew their trades very well. If you need any of the services they provide, do yourself a favor and call them.   Great company with great quality work and knowledgeable people. We had a fire loss and they came in and repaired everything from electrical, plumbing, hvac and remodeling. They got it done in a timely matter and really care about what we wanted. We would recommend them to anyone anytime. Give them a call and they will take care of your needs.

  When I inquired about service to check out my Heat Pump I was told that it would be an $80.00 Diagnosis Fee. I asked about their labor rates if I neeeded repairs, They reported thair rate as $80.00 per hour and was prorated every 15 minutes. So I scheduled the diagnosis call. Technician arrived 25 minutes beyond the 2 hour window that I was told he would be here. When the Technician arrived he removed 4 screws on the cover and measured the Amperage draw of the running compressor and condenser fan. He reported that the fan was fine but the compressor amprage was a little high and that it would need replaced. He replaced the 4 cover screws. The whole process took him about 20 minutes. Quite to my supprise it took him longer to write up the invoice than it did for him to examine the unit. Then came the real shocker, Invoice for $170.00. $80.00-Service Call, $80.00-Labor and $10.00 Disposal Fee. I questioned the technician about the Disposal Fee and he told me it was a fee that they add to all calls but would cancel it. I also told him that I was told the charge for this diagnosis would be $80.00 and he told me that he has to add Labor. Proservice is NOT a company that is transparent in their Quoting Operations and VERY questionable with their Diagnostic abilities. Going on 2 weeks since their visit and still NO Repair/Replacement Quotation from Proservice Group. Had a Second Diagnosis done by a different company and had the unit repaired by them a week ago. Heat Pump working fine. Absolutely will not use them again or ever recommend them to anyone.

It is difficult to address each issue without being able to talk to you. We have reached out via phone several times and sent a full refund. We have a great reputation because most of the time we get it right. We have customer relationships lasting decades because we truly care about each and every customer. We would like to say we always do everything right and can please each person; unfortunately, that is not possible for any business. We take all complaints very seriously and really appreciate customer feedback so that we know how we can be better. We also use feedback to better train our technicians. Unfortunately, we never received a call from you so that we could make this right. Once we saw this review, we immediately tried contacting you to resolve this issue.
