    The internet keeps shutting off ALL THE TIME. It's ridiculous to have such unreliable internet. There is no reason for it to not work, especially when the tower is right next to our house.

    To Whom it May Concern,  Big River Broadband received the copy of complaint ******** this morning.  I have personally researched and didn't see any outstanding communication or tickets with our customer care group or previous account issue tickets over the previous months for Ms. *******.  I called Ms. ******* at 10:20am this morning and left a voicemail indicating as such and that a member of the Customer Care team here at Big River would follow up within 10-15 minutes with a call and email to determine what her issue with the service is and help to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Included in the voicemail was our contact number for the Customer Care group along with the Customer Care manager's information. This matter and complaint is resolved from Big River Broadband's side and we will work through the troubleshooting process with Ms. *******. ***** ******

    I canceled service back in May.
    They drafted from my bank account for two more months of service. Then when I called were refunding me $92.57 never received that credit. Then they drafted $457 from my account for equipment that they had already picked up that has still not been refunded despiteultiple promises by supervisor and me calling in.
