I called these folks for tree cutting needs. They said it would be 500 dollars, I would be willing to give an extra 500 if they also got the shrubs. I gave him the 1000 so he could do everything, but he did not cut the tree. He asked me for an additional 500 on top of the 1000 I had already given. He was trying to say how he did some trimming, but he did not. I asked for the 500 back and he refused.

The copy of my bid states: cut down tree in TV antenna and cut chest high bushes by tree and trim back bushes and cut chest high and trim back limbs on the Bradford **** with pole saw and trim back shrub two feet back to shape up and haul all debris $1000.00

I and one worker worked two full mornings for  7 hours and then i hauled two dump truck loads of debris to the dump.  When she called to complain to me I tried to explain the job but she would allow me to say a word at all and hung up on me after threatening to try to ruin my business.  She got more than her moneys worth in what we did for her.
