      On 7/26/22, I purchased a Chevrolet Colorado Z71 with ***** miles on the engine from a local dealership with a GM Warranty.After purchasing the vehicle, I had routine maintenance (oil change, tires rotated, inspections) performed at regular intervals at the ****************** at Auffenberg Chevrolet.On 8/8/24, I went to the Auffenberg Chevrolet ****************** to get an oil change, the tires rotated and a routine inspection as I had done for the two years previously. During this service appointment, I was told my rear brake pads were getting low and I needed to have them replaced before they started rubbing on the ********* was during the September 13 service appointment that the service team discovered that the current rotors that were on the rear of my truck were the wrong size. The brake pads hung over the edge of the rotors about of an inch and that part of the brake pads had no wear on it. This was the first time since purchasing the truck that I had the brake pads or rotors specifically serviced, so I must have bought the truck with the wrong size rotors installed on the rear tires of the truck and no one had seen that they were the wrong size during any of the routine maintenance or inspections during the warranty period.I then asked the service manager, *** ******, for Auffenberg Chevrolet or GM to cover the cost of the rotors and labor to install them since it was not through negligence or wear and tear that the rotors needed to be replaced.He said that Auffenberg Chavrolet could not reimburse the amount for the rotors. Mr. ****** stated that the only thing I could do was to start a case with ******************** This was odd to me because the service department had been doing routine maintenance and inspections on the truck for almost two years while the truck was under warranty and did not notice that the rotors were the wrong size so I had the opportunity to have them replaced while the car was still under warranty.

      Bought a used car give close to $20,000 well actually if u add my down payment in be like 22,000 for a 2015 chrystler 200 had 21000 miles on it had it 6 weeks an motor blew up in it ...sent it to pettus dodge in leadington to have a motor put in it thru the warrenty company so now they have had it a month now an says there waitn on manifold an dunno when they will b done with it an i bought the car so id have away back an forth to work an im about to loose my job cause i have no way tjere

      Mr. ****** did indeed purchase his 2015 Chrysler from us on 03/15/23.  He also purchased a Service Contract that does cover engine replacement and provides a free loaner car for him for up to 5 days while it is being repaired. Unfortunately, some of the required parts are on back order. and the warranty company will not continue to provide a car for him.  HIs complaint would actually be with the Warranty Company not the selling Dealer.  Both my Service Mgr and myself have called the Chrysler Dealership to verify the parts on back order.  In fact my Service Mgr personally drove to the Chrysler Dealership to see if there was anything else that could be done to help Mr ******.

      In my personal opinion they aint much of a dealership or care about ttherr customers to sell them a car for 19000 whem that was my way back an forth to work an im losin my job over the whole ordeal so how an i suppose to make payments on somethin i havent had for 7 weeks now ...so i guess im out my 4000 down paymemt plus im out a car an my credit really aint gonna b worth anything now cause the dealership dont wa,mna stand behind the cars they sell

      I took my car to this dealership located in ********** Missouri to have mechanical work done. While at the dealership I was looking around their showroom when a salesman approached me. I test drove a small truck, but explained I was not ready to buy yet, I wanted to pay my car off first. They then convinced me to test drive a larger truck. They had me sign some paperwork and was setting me up in the big truck even after I kept declining their offer. I drove the truck as they recommended and did not like it. I wanted my car back, they then said that I agreed to purchase a truck and I was stuck with it. At no time did I ask to buy a vehicle they were pushing them on me . I would have never agreed to buy such a big truck.

      -I took my title over there and got it licensed so I would have a vehicle to drive.

      -And they sold my car.

      The customer said she wanted to put $2,000 down to help lower her payment.  She signed about 15 different documents to purchase the vehicle, several of which showed her $2,000 down payment.  She said

      she left her check book at home and would drop the $2,000 by later after the Truck she purchased was inspected.  She came back on Saturday and picked the Truck up and did NOT bring the $2,000

      down payment.  She then asked us, in a text that we have documented, to bring her paperwork to her house as well as a receipt for the $2,000 before she would give us the money.  We went to her home and 

      once again she did NOT give us the $2,000.  We ended up eating the $2,000 just to TRY and satisfy her.
