Consumer called in and said she never received the letter from the business response. I sent her the response via email *********************** the young man told them that there was nothing wrong with my car. I would like for them to repair my transmission right.

    Business Response

On 3/17/23, *********************** (Wife) brought in their 2019 Dodge Challenger for a transmission concern. The concern was the customer was stating there was a hard shift going from 1st gear to 2nd gear. No DTC's present during inspection but was able to notice a slight resistance going into second gear but not able to duplicate the customers concern of popping out of gear.  Journeyman "32" replaced the 1st and 2nd gear synchronizer hub and sleeve which is all apart of the syncro assembly. Also drained and refilled rear diff fluid (trans service). Customer came back on 5/23 stating the same concern, again not able to duplicate but noticed a slight squeaking coming from rear at slow speeds.  ***** limited slip additive retested and returned vehicle to the customer.
On November 27th customer called in cursing at the Service advisor stating that her vehicle was not fixed.  She was scheduled for an appointment on November 29th in which she did not come in for her appointment.  She called back in on the 5th of December cursing at Service advisors, hanging up the phone and also calling our De **** Chrysler store and cursing at the advisors at that location as well.  She then called back and spoke with the Service Manager. *********** Manager asked the customer to bring her vehicle in immediately and ************ stated it only happens when its warm outside and no one at the dealership knew how to drive a manual. She stated her vehicle was never fixed, when asked why she did not call from the last repair until now she stated "because I wanted to enjoy my summer".  *********** Manager asked again could she bring in the vehicle she began cursing at the Service manager, calling him stupid and saying she is going vacation until the beginning of the January 2024. *********** Manager then told the customer she was no longer allowed to bring her vehicle to the dealership due to her name calling and cursing out multiple dealership employees.

We treat all our customers with respect however we will not tolerate abusive customers.  We have went out of our way to try and make ************ happy with no success.

Once the dealership found out I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, they stopped talking to me.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 04/26/2024

TR 04/26/2024 ************ would not repair the car as they should have, they will not allow me on their lot, and will not take my calls. We gave up on them doing anything and will do business elsewhere.

On March 10,2023,my girlfriend and I purchased a 2010 jeep wrangler. We have not received a title so we got to investigating and found out through the Jeff City liscence bureau that this jeep was sold to us while having loan against. To make a long story short we can't get a title. We paid 10,000 in cash as a down payment and have a loan for 11,500 on a vehicle that is no good to us.
Also when our 30 day tags expired an employee of pettus took the 30 day tag off and replaced it with a dealer tag.
We contacted pettus Chrysler jeep ram and the man that sold it to us was laughing at us.
Also someone else that works there told us that they should have not sold us the jeep!
