    I called the treasurer to report the trashcan situation I am facing with WM. I have not been given communication, I have been given the trash can by them and they are the ones paying WM directly though my fees to ************. On the phone I was trying to talk to the treasurer about the situation and was urging me to speak to WM. I told them that they always point me back to them. I was then met with "Then I don&#**;t know why you called us?" and then hung up on me. I have been having issues with them and WM for years and I am tired of it. This just a part of all of the issues I have been facing with them and WM. I have not gotten a proper can for WM and I have been trying to communicate with both and San **** is a nightmare trying to get any kind of resolution. I have been dealing with since the 90s and I have had enough. I want out of the contract with WM using them. I want to get my own trash service. I want a letter from them saying that they wont put a lien on my house for severing ties with a company I cannot get any resolution from. I will still keep paying for the street to be fixed (that is my actual subdivision dues are for), but I want out of this situation. I do not want any more harassment or worries dealing with them. I want my money back too!
