I pre-purchased a years worth of pie delivery from the owner ***** last year before Christmas and she not only failed to fulfill full contract the order, she is now not responding for me to get my refund. The service was for 2 pies each month delivered to my mother in laws house for a full year starting last January. After only 2 deliveries or 2 months of service, my mother in law called 4 times until she finally got a relative to ***** on the phone, to which they mentioned that there was a death in the family and would get back to her when they can, but that never happened. I live in California and my mother in law lives near St. Louis, so I actually did not know that this had happened until a month ago because my 86 year old mother in law has MS and severe scoliosis was being gracious and waiting for her to get back. I messaged ***** December 3rd, 2022, and no response. I waited until December 13th and sent a text message to her personal cell phone which she had communicated on before, left a voice mail, sent an email, and also left a message on her business line asking for a refund. She finally responded letting me know that she can fulfill the order of the pies to which I asked for a refund instead as she did not follow through with her contract and at this point I didn’t feel like she would fulfill it completely anyways. She responded the next day she would get me a refund. After 4 days I sent her my ***** information as that’s how I paid as well, and asking when I could expect a refund, no response. So I waited until December 30, and asked again when I could expect the refund of $590 and now she will not respond at all.
