    Re-Bath removed the master bath shower and replaced with new January of 2020. We paid the $8,242 in full and promptly. The warranty is for 10 years. The installation was good; the materials, as it turned out, apparently not suitable for the purpose.Within a few weeks of installation, we reported to the company that the shower floor was showing discoloration. A company rep came out and said that he could see what we meant but until it was visible in a photo, we had no claim. Shower stalls are a hard place to get a good picture.We hoped that the problem would not worsen. Now three years after installation, it looks as though we have an old shower floor, uneven tan colored rather than pure white, in need of replacement. This shower floor receives proper care and cleaning. We do not feel that a shower used by only two people should look as this one does after only three years. We emailed the company, indicating we wanted to file a claim, and sent them a picture of the shower floor Feb. 17, 2023. Not hearing back from them, I left a phone message during business hours Feb 21 and figured we would hear back in a day. We still have heard nothing.We would appreciate your intervention to achieve an amicable resolution. We would like an exchange with quality materials that last.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    The owner came out personally and addressed the problem beautifully.  We are satisfied that a nylon brush will remove the discoloration without harming the floor material.
