    We own several rental properties that need to be cleaned to rent-ready condition. ****** is my goto cleaning service for all of our units. I have used them since 2022 for various jobs, large, medium, and small and I have never been disappointed with the staff, the work, or the pricing.They have gotten me out of several jams during the course of my rentals when I needed something done quickly. I promise you, I have never seen laminate wood floors shine like a new quarter before. I don't know what they used, but those floors looked fantastic and the apartments smell great. It sure does help with closing a tenant when they see the quality of the work and love that was put into their new home.I truly appreciate them going above and beyond to help my business be as successful as possible. I cannot tell you what to do, but if I were you, I would call ****** Cleaning for my next job.

    ******** and her crew did a great job cleaning our home post construction. We just had a baby and my wife has terrible allergies so this being done right was crucial. We would recommend them and look forward to hiring them in the future for regular cleaning

    Went to BBB for a reference and found Nicks Cleaning Service. The owner was great and my home looked cleaner and shinier than it had looked in years. I was very pleased and will call her back for a holiday cleaning. I have recommended her to several friends.
