    I was in love with this company, American made innovative tool belts that used rural communities to manufacture. Im a ********* and have one of their vests I got as a gift and had to save up to buy the pouches. After months of saving and a sale I pulled the trigger, that was over 7 MONTHS AGO. Their customer support never picks up the phone, they gave me a discount after waiting over 3 months when I emailed them and was very understanding and sympathetic since it says lead time could take a few months again I really wanted to love these guys, but nothing after that. They have discontinued products and rolled out new ones since my order has been placed and PAID FOR. Im extremely disappointed, if you want their products that bad I would order them from ****** so you know you will actually get them other than that dont waste your time or money on a company that cares so little about its customers. They should be ashamed, as far as Im concerned they are little more than con men over there. Disgraceful.

    This company prides themselves as an American **** and a small business company but costumer service is non existent. I ordered my pants first week of February and I have not received it. Its already September and I have yet to hear from them. They are quick to getting your payment but that pair of pants is nowhere in sight. I have tried calling multiple times but it either goes straight to voicemail or the mailbox is full. I have also sent an email but I have not received any response from them. I would never buy from this company again ang I will make sure all my coworkers do not order from this company .

    Products claim to be american made, but they order parts from ******Managers have zero training in management courses. None of them have ever managed a store or business.The IRS is coming after the company over taxes and they can hardly pay their employees, let alone order tape on a regular basis.This place is so clique-y that people who have never worked there warned me about how terrible most of the females are and how they will exclude you, mock you in front of you, they don't train you on certain things and then blame you for not knowing how to do everything. The old broads in automation will say certain things to provoke you, then they'll tell HR that you hurt their feelings.I befriended the mentally disabled and management said "well at least she finally found a friend"I would much rather be friends with a mentally disabled person than anyone else there. Including management that treated her like garbage from the get-go.Instead of paying out workers comp to hurt employees, they made up a bingo game and started giving away money to people who don't get hurt bc management is forcing people to work so quickly they hurt themselves.Discrimination. Racism.Employees who have been there over a year will be treated like royalty (they eat and f*** off all day long) and if you so much as look at your phone, you will be talked to about your terrible behavior.HR is worthless and will not even talk directly to you. Only over the phone, where anything they say doesn't have to be held accountable, and anything you say isn't taken seriously.When they can't afford to pay you anymore, ******** will tell you that "maybe this isn't the right environment for you" in a pathetic attempt to get you to quit, because they talked about how when they hire someone for less than a year and let them go, they get tax credits for that.Otherwise, great place to be paid minimum wage and be treated like trash.

    I would like to share my experience with dealing with Atlas 46. I am repeat customer and could not be any more disappointed. I recently made an order for 3 items. For that past few months I have emailed, sent messages via social media all to radio silence. Today I decided to call as I was charged in full for the order and have received 0 updates or indications that my product will be shipped. To say that the person answering the phone lacks people skills is an understatement. This lady is defensive, argumentative and it is clear that their business is struggling as it seems that I am not the only one who gets this kind of response because she is so quick to take the aggressive route with the customer. I have been happy with the equipment I previously purchased. They are claiming custom made but these are standard orders. Atlas 46, do better get the lady off the phone who is likely killing your business and it has for this repeat customer.

    It is stated in the confirmation email that the lead times can vary depending on the item. We can refund any unshipped items at any time if the customer chooses, and we are happy to give updated information regarding lead times and shipping if contacted.

    I have order 4 vests now from atlas . The first one was pretty great. However I ordered two basic chest packs and its been months and 2 separate times atlas has responded with it will be 6/8 more weeks . Makes zero sense to advertise a BASIC product with no add ons to be special made . Also it doesnt take months to make a vest I just want what I paid 400$ to get.

    I ordered a Saratoga vest earlier in 2022. Recieved that within two months. That went fine. I spent $100 on the quick release clips for the bags and an open pouch. This was all ordered on September 6th. Was told 6-8 weeks to for the order to ship. It had been 12 weeks and I asked and they said 3-4 weeks. I waited again, asked again, and suddenly it's 3-5 more weeks. So I'll be shy of 5 months I guess before I recieve. This is insane. I guess all the Christmas orders get bumped ahead of everyone who ordered months before. Gotta keep the new customers happy!

    They are completely dishonest with their customers about production times. They told me it would be 6-8 weeks for my order. I reached out to them at 7 weeks and they told me it would be another 4-6 weeks due to holiday demands but my order was placed on Oct 3 2022. Be honest with your customers or stop taking orders. It's a scam to take people's money when you can't complete the orders in a timely fashion. I don't understand why this company has heavy advertising when they can't back it up. Still waiting for my order at Thanksgiving and they indicated I may not get it before Christmas. I would not recommend giving them your money because it's been almost 8 weeks and I've had zero delivery. Scam of over $500 very possible.
