    I contacted them for other service but they ended up replacing a faucet and charging me $700 for it and the labor. I asked for an itemized receipt to be emailed. It never came. I called several times, and also emailed them with that request. No fulfllment of the request has occurred. When I called and asked for the office manager they said that she was on the phone and would call me back. I haven&#**;t received a call back and doubt that I will.

    We mailed a detailed invoice to the address on file on June 11th. Unfortunately, we do not have an email address associated with your customer profile, nor was one provided when you submitted your complaint, which is why we were unable to send it electronically.
    For clarity, the original invoice breaks down as follows:
    Side spray faucet: $267.19
    Labor (2 hours and 6 minutes): $445.00
    Manager coupon discount: -$25.00
    Total: $712.19, which was reviewed and signed off at the time of service.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because


    Thank you for your response.  I purchased a cartridge at home depot for $30 and replaced the shower cartridge myself.  It would be much appreciated if you refunded me for the work that was never done ($486.75) and added an additional $30 for the shower cartridge that I purchased to do the work myself.
    Please remit a check for $516.75  to **** ****** and send to my home address of ***************************************************  Also, I have attached the receipt for purchase of the shower cartridge.

    **** ******shower. I decided to look at the installation of the shower cartridge because it did not make any sense that replacing the cartridge did not fix the water pressure problem. I thought that maybe the Antons Plumbing technician either installed the cartridge incorrectly or maybe there was a blockage that could be cleared by removing the cartridge that was installed by Antons Plumbing. When removing the shower valve lever and looking at the currently installed shower cartridge, I could clearly see that the shower cartridge had not been replaced as of terms of payment to Antons Plumbing. At this point, I made a video of the removal of the currently installed cartridge and took a photo. Antons Plumbing charged me $486.75 for work that they did not perform at this premise. I have contacted Antons twice and Antons has made no attempt to contact me or resolve this issue. I am requesting a complete refund and an apology from Antons plumbing.

    After reviewing the service visit performed on March 11, 2025, at your rental property located at *****************************************************************, we want to assure you that this concern has been taken seriously. Our technician, ***** ******, did report replacing the shower cartridge at the time of service, but we understand and respect your findings upon inspection.


    Since learning of your concerns, we have attempted to reach you directly to offer both an apology and a resolution. We would like to refund the full amount of $486.75 for the work in question and schedule a convenient time to properly complete the necessary repairs at no additional charge.


    Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to extend our Ultimate Protection Agreement to this rental property for one full yeara value of $228. This includes two maintenance visits, priority scheduling, and discounts on future repairs, all designed to give you peace of mind and added value as a property owner.


    Please return our call at your earliest convenience so we can finalize the refund and arrange next steps. We truly appreciate your patience and hope to earn back your trust.

    I have reviewed the business' response regarding complaint ID ******** and am satisfied with this resolution.

    ***** Heade original plumber looked at the issue and said I need a new kitchen faucet costing between $400-$475.00. At this point I was mentally and physically exhausted. I called Antons and spoke to a manager to explain what happened and she sent a plumber to replace the kitchen faucet. 1/1/2025 I checked my bank account and saw on 12/23/2024 Antons deducted $4978.00 from my checking which should not have happened as I was already approved for my loan with repayments to start monthly in February 2025. As I write this compliant I am shaking as this has been a very stressful, financial, unsanitary process. I am requesting Antons to ensure my loan is cancelled and I am requesting a total refund of $4978.00. I called Antons first due to their reviews and BBB rating however I am totally dissatisfied with this entire process. It is also impacting my health so I prefer a cancellation of the loan, a total refund of $4978.00 so I do not have to experience any additional stress or financial burden.
