      I called them to come out and determine the water in the basement on 10/31//24. The technician had determine that the humidifier was causing the water in the basement on 10/31/24. I notice 3 days later it was still water coming into basement and then call them again. They came over on 11/06/24 and determine that the hose had came out of the humidifier again. I was charge $252.00 for the service on 11/06/24. I went back down in the basement on 11/10/24 and notice water was back in the basement. I want a full refund of $252.00 because I had to hired another service personal to complete the job .

      After being notified of the second water leak the company agreed to void the $252.00 invoice for service performed on 11/6/2024.  I believe there was a problem in communicating this fact to Ms. ******* for which we apologize.  Yesterday our Service Manager spoke with Ms. ****** to discuss this situation and we advised her that we would return her check.
