    We hired ****** Home Services LLC to tackle a number of different tasks in and outside of our home. **** ****** is the owner, who has been my attempted primary POC, and he hired another individual to help him the day of the work. This was scheduled to be a two-day task, and I paid him $1,000 upfront which was half of the estimated cost of the work. Almost every task that was done on the first day (and only day he showed up) was done with poor craftsmanship and seemingly little to no knowledge of how to appropriately tackle a carpentry job, in particular our back steps that were rebuilt as well as using drywall mud for an exterior building. Stairs were built unevenly, and on top of wood that he didn't tell us was rotting, and drywall mud that can wash off in rain. Interior tasks were done in a messy manor, and most of which were not even completed (which I didn't initially raise an issue about since they were supposed to come back out to finish the work.) Due to the poor craftsmanship and lack of communication issues, we since hired another individual to finish and redo the tasks. Prior to this, in regard to the communication issues, I reached out to **** via phone calls and text messages to attempt to schedule a date/time for him to come out to correct the issues and finish the work. He committed to a particular date and time, and no-showed without notifying us. Upon subsequent calls and texts, he indicates that he is going to refund us but is not being proactive in following through with doing so. It has always been me reaching out to him to try to make arrangements. I would like a full $1,000 refund from ****** Home Services LLC, which may now be going by *** Contracting Services, according to their ******** page. I am not (as of yet anyway) leaving a public negative review simply out of concern for me and my family's well-being and safety. But I would like this resolved.

    Please remove this complaint and consider it resolved. We have agreed to a monetary reimbursement plan of $150 per week for the next four weeks.
