    STAY AWAY!! The only reason this company should even get one star is because there is no way to score lower. We ordered our kitchen back in March and were given a turn around time of 6-8 weeks. "8 weeks at the very latest because we want to give a longer wait time so we can exceed expectations" is what I was told by the owner's wife. We didn't hear anything during that time frame except to tell us that the glass front cabinet doors we ordered were not available and they were removing them from our order (not refunded for these by the way). I reached out on week 10 for an update and the only thing they could tell us was that some of our pieces were backordered and they couldn't tell us when they would be in. 1 week later, still nothing. We had to HOUND them through email and phone calls to let us come pick up the products that had been just sitting there at their shop and we had already paid for so we could move forward with our renovations (3 months without a kitchen at this point - the owner's wife told me she would have never let an investor go that long without getting their products but I guess they don't care about families). Finally, we received our order, minus the pieces they still didn't have, on June 15th, only to find that most of the pieces were damaged in one way or another. Since we were so behind on our renovations and couldn't wait any longer, we asked for a refund. They told us this was not possible but they would be replacing the parts that were damaged and would let us know when those came in. We haven't heard a word from them since. We still owed a small amount ($1300) on the kitchen as the final payment, which would have been paid had we ever received the final parts. However, we had to install the damaged cabinets and doors as-is because we never got them and needed to finish the kitchen. Here we are 4 months later and they are invoicing us for the final payment without ever delivering the new parts or even reaching out to us since we discussed
