    Date of service: April 13th Amount paid: ****** Business committed to provide: service to clean pool and make it usable, correct chemicals in water.**** at Paradise Pools came out and created a list of items and work that needed to be done so that my pool would be clean, the water would be at the right chemical balance, and the pool would be usable. He sent me an invoice outlining all these items and then asked for payment. The picture he provided after his work was complete shows a layer of sludge on top of the water. The invoice shows that the pool was skimmed. It was not or poorly done as a large amount of sludge remained at the top. Also on his invoice was vacuuming the surface of the pool. After I personally spent hours skimming the pool, it was revealed that the bottom of the pool has not been cleaned by any vacuum. This is the second picture provided where the pool water is skimmed and you can see to the bottom. There is also an issue with the chemicals he used. The pool has an obvious difference in water density, something is wrong where the bottom couple feet of water is a different density than the rest.Nature of dispute: business did not complete what they charged for, cleaning, vacuuming, skimming top Business did not try to resolve the issue, the business owner did not return as promised, did not answer or return calls.
