    I am writing to address a matter of utmost importance pertaining to the contract we entered into for the roof repair project at ***************************************************************, under the job name: ***************. I regret to inform you that Watermak Roofing LLC has failed to fulfill its obligations under the contract.As stipulated in the contract dated 7/7/23, Watermak Roofing LLC was contracted to perform certain services, including but not limited to:1. Roof repair and replacement as specified in the project proposal.2. Completion of the project within the agreed-upon timeline.3. Compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.4. Providing a warranty for the work performed.Regrettably, it has become evident that Watermak Roofing LLC has not fulfilled these obligations. We have observed several breaches of the contract, including:1. Failure to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline.2. Failure to adhere to the project specifications and proposal.4. Disregard for local property, with front lawn in particular 5. Lack of responsiveness to our concerns and requests for rectification.These breaches have not only resulted in significant inconvenience but have also caused financial damages. We have made numerous attempts to communicate these issues with the company and to seek resolution in an amicable manner. However, our efforts have not yielded the desired results, and it is evident that Watermak Roofing LLC has failed to take the necessary steps to rectify these issues and fulfill the terms of the contract.

    Hired ******************************* to replace a residential roof all work was completed and they were paid in full by myself from my insurance company, and now four months later I got a notice of a mechanics lien that they did not pay for the materials that were used to do *******, it is $6500.00 for material and labor. I have paid in full for the job and I do not want to have to pay for the lien. I have called the sales manager left messages and have not received a return call.

    We had roofing done by Watermark Roofing we paid them twice 5/2/23 $17395.80 and 7/29/23 $10833.41 Now last week we received a notice for a mechanical lien on our property, we have left several messages with Watermark they do not return calls and the one who came out here his phone is not working.
