I tried to cancel my membership and was ignored the first time and told no the second. I didn't want to go in the first place but I was talked into going by someone there and I was given one class I thought for free. When I was done they asked me if I liked it and wanted to join. The amount that was being charged was changed from 30 a class to 30 a class plus 200 and now after paying them like 600 dollars for the 1 class I went to they won't let me quit and still charge my card even if I cancel it and get another. I don't want a refund of the over 600 dollars. I just don't want to keep paying for this service I'm not using.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because
They have done nothing but misrepresent the situation. I called them twice. Both times because the credit card company told me to call them because I wasn't able to just cancel the card and stop being charged. They told me when I was coming in that it would be 30 dollars per class then after the first class that's supposed to be free they sprung a contract on me. I didn't feel like I had much time to think about it and if I had canceled in the 14 days after which I think you can do you forfeit the 230 which is a way of keeping you from canceling. When I talked to them they were very antagonizing. I have a video of the whole thing which shows how they act when someone asks them to stop charging their credit card.  The lady I talked to ***** seemed very upset about me giving them a 2 star review on Google and even tried to tell me that she paid off the ***. I'm going to warn people about the contract before they go in and they won't get as many people that they'd of otherwise tricked into coming in. I never asked for anything but to quit charging my credit card. My car broke down right after signing up. My hours at work were cut. I've been in and out of the hospital. And I still didn't call them because I kind of figured it was just going to suck talking to them. Then when I do they antagonize me. "Oh. Go ahead and warn everybody. By the way I paid off the ***." That'd what she said to me. I'm just happy that in the long run they will lose money from the review keeping some people from going into this thinking it's pay when you go which is what a worthwhile business can do. They don't rely on you not thinking about being ambushed. They just provide a good product so you keep coming back. Also now that it's weird am I expected to keep paying for classes that they don't even want me at.

    Sincerely,

    ****** *****
