I placed an order at ************************** ( Baretraps aka Footwear Unlimited) for two pairs of booties on October 6, 2024. Upon tracking the order on the *** website, it stated that the package was delivered on October 10, 2024, but the Proof of Delivery photo showed a piece of what looks like silver metal. It is not an actual delivery photo. I contacted Baretraps via email on October 21, 22, 29 and 30 of 2024 via email correspondence. They had advised me to file a claim with *** which I did. I was contacted via phone by *** twice on October 29, 2024, which they first informed me that they would contact the company and then on the second call they informed me they did in fact reach out to the company and that they will be issuing my refund. I checked the status of my claim on the *** website and it states to contact the company for more info. I contacted Baretraps again via email to which they stated they weren't contacted by *** and were just going to wait to hear from them even though I had done what they asked and *** said they were contacted already. They then decided to ignore the rest of my emails when I sent them photos of the info on my *** claim.

However, BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.

Customer reviews posted prior to July 5, 2024, will no longer be published when they reach three years from their submission date. Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic.
