    Work was not completed parts was left off Both of my hammer heads They left the air filter hose off They took the gas tank off they left 2 screws out They left one s**** off of The Wire harness when they opened it up I took pictures and showed them and fix it myself on top of all I took them back twice and they still did not fix them right. I would not return I would not get anything else fix or by anything from them... Very very very bad....

    Customer brought in units for repair.  Units were in very poor condition when they were dropped off.  Customer was informed of the cost of the estimate and approved work on 10/18/23.  Work was completed, customer was notified, and picked up the units in running order.  Customer brought units back stating a poor running condition.  Issue was duplicated only when units were started and operated prior to letting the engine warm up.  No further issues were found at that time.  Units returned to customer at no charge.  If customer is still having issues, we would be happy to look at it again.  If repairs are related to the work that was performed, there will be no charge to customer.
