    We used Grand Events for our wedding a few weeks ago. The dance floor we ordered was horrible. It was WAY too small... we ordered based on their recommendation for the number of guests. On tap of that, it had no edging, and the gray plastic sub floor stuck out about 8 inches past the dance floor. It was a huge eye sore and tripping hazard. I sent 3 emails with no response. I called and left a message with someone to have a manager call me back, and I got no call. I called again and finally got a manager. I was told that is just how their dance floors are put down. They said they do not use edging in grass because it becomes a tripping hazard... well no edging was also a tripping hazard. Regardless of the edging, there was no reason to have the sub floor sticking out. I have been to 5 outdoor weddings with a dance floor, and they all had proper edging and nothing sticking out from underneath. We also paid 600+ dollars for perimeter lighting around the tent. It was so dim we had to go out and purchase our own lighting to use. If you are looking to do rentals for an outdoor wedding... I would look elsewhere.
