    this freight broker has refused to verify detention,extra drop snd driver safety. They have called my phone no less that ************************************************************ on a tracking app. Circumstances arise in trucking many of which cannot be controlled by either broker or carrier. Thus broker however choses to escalate problems that can easily be solved I do not recommend this broker

    Good afternoon. Without a company name or MC number, I'm unable to locate this load in our system to evaluate the situation. We take all detention requests very seriously and issue what is earned in all cases. I'm not sure why that many phone calls would have been made, unless the tracking was not properly turned on or the data supplied needed a further explanation. Again, without further information, I cannot investigate this further. Please reach out to me directly so I can look into this issue and correct it.
