    On 4/24/24 I came home from work to find Blackwell Contracting in my backyard with very heavy machinery boring and running tubing through our yard when I contacted ************************* well the owner he had said that he had not sought out permission from anyone and that he apparently does not believe he needs it our yard was completely destroyed and a tube left sticking 4 ft out of the ground ******* then did not respond to a request for him to come and clean up the mess that he had made and put sod down where his Machinery had completely destroyed our yard and also by the way had to cross two yards to get to ours which none of those property owners gave permission either at this point ******* has been asked not to return back and is still not answered we have blocked him out and at this point I will fix the damage myself but surely this person cannot go around destroying people's property with no permission and then run from the job but bottom line This should never have started without him having permission which he clearly did not

    This is the second time i have responded to your complaint..... We are a contractor for AT&T and we were working in the utility easement ROW. The utility companies do not need permission to work in the easement. However if i did need permission it would be from the property owner not from the tenant at this property. I explained this to the person who made this complaint and i have voicemails and multiple text messages from this person

    "just got off the phone all right you got me on the legalities"  this says he understands we have a right to be in the easement

    "Guess it shouldn't be a surprise that we've made laws to accomodate the Communist in our country have at it"  Again saying he understands the laws regarding this issue

    "So go on you got your legal rights well i should say the people you work for have their legal rights because you"re not them you're just a b----

    ""You know **** something tells me that this will not be your last conversation matter of fact maybe we get to have the next one in person I really love that of course you will probably have a sheriff or a cop with you when you do because that's the kind of sissy that you are isn't it not really a real man you got to hide behind people because you can't do anything with your own hands *********************** probably softer than a f------ buttercup.

    My question to you is would you respond to this?  We are finished working on his rented property and the property was restored and i have not heard from him since then. Hopefully he is happy now.
