    ** Contracting was doing electrical work for a new home being constructed directly behind our home. The ** men entered our yard, without permission and dug a sizable hole. When asked what they were doing they told me that they thought the builder had gotten permission. I told them no one contacted me regarding permission and that they were trespassing. They also dug an even bigger hole in our neighbor's yard. I asked the men for their bosses number or the builder's number and they said they didn't have it. Our neighbor contacted Ameren UE to see if there was work order for our backyards, the reply was no open ticket. The men filled in the hole in our backyard but left our neighbor's yard with a rather large hole. Although I asked the men digging to have their boss or the builder to contact me, neither have done so (this incident occurred more than a week ago). My neighbor had to hire someone to fill the hole in her backyard as the men never returned.
