    Had Baker install a complete new furnace and ac unit on 6 -29-2021 paid by check 4600.00 ac unit failed may of this year he had another man install another outside unit only when the warranty calls for a total warranty replacement if it's a compressor failure they did not change out the A coil in the furnace and I have been told from 2 different cooling out fits that it more than likely had metal shavings or debris in it when the second outside unit failed in front of **** ***** himself he said that I was blowing up the unit some how on purpose ...all I have done is turn unit on and set the thermostat now I have been with NO Ac for the last 2weeks and he will not return any calls

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Yes they have installed 3units but not out of there pocket...******* units carry a full 2year system replacement if a compressor fails in the 1st 2 years .I have had 2compressor failures in less than 1year now on the 3rd unit Baker heating and cooling called in ******** heating and air to work on the unit and we found out that the unit was WAY WAY over charged with freon ******** is the company that finally fixed the problems that I was having I know for a fact the 1st one that locked up was turned in as a warranty and accepted as such I think the second was denied due to improper charging of the unit ..however ******** was the company that found out my problems and corrected it not Baker heating and cooling they would not come out to double check the install or work but he did pay the 188.00 for ******** to fix it...however thats not to say with the unit running for 3.5 weeks WAY WAY over charged that this has not shortened the life of yet a 3rd compressor the way that **** ***** handles this was very childish and unprofessional I will not use him again nor would I refer him but in the end it's fixed for now only time will tell if this makes it out of warranty period
