    The owner of this business Ms. ********************** sold me a house that is covered in mold, has a faulty furnace, and has foundation issues. As my realtor, her job was to know everything about the house before selling it to me After agreeing to help she went ghost. And now me and my children are forced to live in an unsafe home.

    I am the buyer's agent not the listing agent.  The listing agent nor the seller disclosed any of these concerns to the buyer's agent.  In addition, they were not available after she closed to resolve any of these concerns.  I tried to rectify some of the concerns she was having with the house.  She received assistance from various community organizations along with the City of ******** to help her with her house.  To my understanding, everything was resolved.
