    Scam. Was referred to doctor ****** by my doctor to have a mole removed. Doctor ****** came in the room, didn't even look at mole, said all looks good and handed me a sunscreen sample.less than a 2 minute visit. Billed my insurance $214. My cost was $97.60. For nothing. She's a scam and commits fraud. Go elsewhere

    ******************** made an appointment with our office electively. He visited **, paid his copay--as contracted with his insurance company. I saw him as a patient and he was seen for a spot he was concerned about. I counseled him about my opinion and offered him handout and samples for skincare. He had no complaint about us until receiving his EOB explanation of benefits from his insurance company. His visit's charges were sent to his deductible responsibility, as he has likely not yet met that deductible. He is responsible for that portion of the bill. He has since called us and threatened us harassing us repeatedly. We are not able to remove charges that are billed to insurance. As that would be considered fraudulent to underbill a patient--per ******** guidelines. We also do not respond to threats as he has posed. We appreciate the ability to respond to this review.
