    To whom it may concern,

    I am denying any suggestions of a claim from this customer. I will reach out to the customer again today to meet with him and a representative from AT&T later this week.

    This drop was buried on 5/28/24 and the customer called on 5/30/24 expressing concerns about some exposed rock and driveway damage.
    I explained to the customer that my ******* was out of office until the following Monday and that he would make contact with him at that time to set up a meet.
    On 6/5/24 my ******* and the crew met the customer to address his concerns. At that time the crew dispensed of any larger stones that were unearthed and my ******* explained that he would return with the cold patch for the driveway slope. My ******* returned on 6/11/24 and placed the cold patch, the customer never stated he wasn't ok with the cold patch. The customer called yesterday demanding more driveway repairs and a load of topsoil.

    As you can see from the pictures below this driveway is not in good shape, and the yard is nothing but rock. These pictures are at the plateau of the driveway next to the house. The driveway going up to the house is in even worse condition with large potholes.

    We strive to take care of all AT&T customers and to complete any and all repairs that we are responsible for. This customer is being unreasonable in his demands. At this point I feel that the customer has been made whole.

    Sincerely,

    **************************;
