  Very Disappointed. We had a front porch and a back porch done using TREX. when I started getting quotes they were rated A+ with BBB and had great reviews. Now all reviews I see are poor at best and they are suspended from BBB. What happened in 2 months time? They are supposed to come back out and look at my complaints however I do not know when. The city failed the inspection. They left unfinished sides showing both on corners and on the sides of the stairs, top of posts are bare wood and the rest is vinyl. Did not plug in the nails holes and boards are so dirty they look to be discolored. Also left a hole in the concrete where the original post was. The person I spoke with said they put this deck together per TREX instructions which is not true. I went to **** website and they have NO exposed edges or nail holes showing. Very poor job I am finding it hard to believe that they ever built a deck using TREX. For the price we paid to have these 2 small porches done it should be perfect and unfortunately it is far from perfect.

  If I could I would give them a zero! We got a quote from *** the project manager to later find out that he was no longer with the company after the project started. We had a front porch slab and side slab. The front porch slab was poorly finished and when ask to come out to finished they sent the guys back with 4 bags of dirt, at that time I let them know that I paid for concrete not dirt. The customer service is horrible when it come down to following up with issues. After sending a text message to customer service I was given a phone number to call another company to repair their mistakes. We called again and ask to speak with the Owners and we were told that there wasn't anything the can do for us. My front porch is a eyesore!

  Buyer Beware!!! Stay away from this company!!! They are thee MOST unorganized company on this planet! I would give them ONE star at best.

  I apologize for any issues that made you feel it necessary to give us such a poor review. I do admit that we had to let go of the installer that put your deck in. (This was for poor timing issues amongst other internal issues) I know that you were unhappy with some of his craftsmanship, which we addressed by sending out our top deck installer and had him replace the things you had an issue with. From what I can tell, you do have a very nice looking project and I certainly wish you were not so unhappy several months after its completion. I guess all I can do is apologize for anything that made you feel we were unorganized. We are a smaller company and we certainly try to set ourselves apart by making sure we do our best with communication, customer service and craftsmanship. Again, I apologize for anything that we did that made you feel so strongly that we lacked in any/all of these categories. Have a nice day.

  After getting numerous bids I went with **** Fence and Deck. They beat all competitor bids by a good amount, were very professional and polite, and the fence looks great! They were exactly on schedule as they estimated a month ago. I am happy with the final product, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  All I can say is WOW! I did my homework, had several bids and ultimately decided to go with **** fence and deck to build my deck. This company exceeded my expectations. I can usually find something to complain about, but not this time. These people did everything right from start to finish. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this company for deck services.

  As I got the quote from one of the project manager (****) things where very close to finalize but unfortunately the project manager left the organization I was assigned to project manger without even giving me clear picture of what was happening (I came to know after I was keeping asking about the previous guy).
  Things were back to square one and I have been forced to explain thing again and then new quote what from the new project manager (***) was with out discount what I offered early. When I enquired about their discount what I was offered earlier. They blamed the mistake was on me and withdraw the project.
  I was really disappointed to work with this company. So unethical and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend them.

  ***, again, we apologize that things did not work out for you on this project. To clarify, we had to release your original project specialist for internal issues. As far as your bid, we had all of the same information and did not change your price. You asked for several changes during the bidding process. That is certainly not an issue. You indeed were offered the same discount with *** as you were initially offered. The price only changed because you changed the scope of work. Per your request, a landing and stairs were added and the size of the deck was adjusted from what you were originally quoted. Our pricing is straight forward and does not change from one project specialist to the next. When *** requoted you, you told us that you did not want to pay any additional work. That simply is not the way this works. You cannot receive multiple discounts, then not pay for add-on work (even though it was discounted at the same rate). We tried to explain this to you, but you were not happy with that explanation. I'm not sure what else we could have offered, but based on the fact that you were demanding with both **** and ***, on several more occasions/interactions, prior to even signing a contract, we did not feel that it was a wise business decision to continue the pursuit of your bid. We respectfully declined the job and moved on. We did nothing immoral, so I'm not sure how we were/are unethical. Again, I apologize for any frustration you may have with the company and we hope that you can get the project you want done for the price you are willing to pay. We wish nothing but the best for you.
