    Miracle Ear in the ********* area - is not on your list. I was there on June 19,2024 test was taken and I declined offer of purchase from them. With the mailing they sent a Free evaluation was to receive a Free listening device. Device was never given, called and was told they would be in soon. Called back on 7/1/24, never heard back from company, called on 7/11/24 told they are still waiting form item. Received another mailing to come in and take a test and receive a free listening device. They are offering items that they do not have.

    Good afternoon, 

     I am writing in response to a letter of complaint filed against our office by *****************************. When she came in for her hearing evaluation she brought a mailer in with her that was sent out to numerous people in the area. Due to the overwhelming response the item offered was backordered with the manufacturer. I informed her that this was the case and that I would do everything I could to get them in the office as soon as possible. I received an email that she had contacted our corporate office regarding this matter as well and that she would like a call back from me as soon as possible. I called her on 7/3/2024 and did not get an answer. I spoke with her on 7/11/2024 and let her know that the item was still backordered, but I did have her name on the list to receive the item. This offer was for a limited time only while supplies last, but I went out of my and contacted a few local offices and found one for her. I have contacted her directly and let her know that the item is here for her to pick up when she is able.  Please let me know if you have any other questions regarding this matter or if you are needing any other information from us. I do hope that this matter has now been resolved without any negative effects on our office or company.
