This is a terrible place , the receptionist is such a rude nasty person as well as the office manager , I was told to come by and get my medical records and they would fax them to my neurologist as well and when I arrived the blonde receptionist said she wasn't doing both because she didn't want to do her job so I told her that's not what my wife was told so I set my form down and was walking towards the door and she yells out doesn't matter who she spoke and I said yes it does and sent my wife in so she could talk to whomever she spoke to on phone, my wife went in and Lady wouldn't look at her so she said excuse me 3 times and said that's not what I was told and she told my wife she isn't doing both because paper cost $. I've been having costly procedures here since 2017 so I'm pretty sure I've paid plenty for the paper. My wife told her ok we will pay pay for the ones we are picking up and asked how much the woman shuts the window on her and says read the signs......what an awful human and ************* is terrible dr to have staff like this treating his customers so terrible. After that I told the receptionist if she continued she will cost the dr a huge lawsuit because my back is scarred for life and I got a severe staph infection from my last ablation in my spine and it could have killed me , I even showed her scars and the office manager came and told us to leave ,I replied but I need my records so I can get help from a neurologist and she told us to get off property........terrible treatment Here and I got the infection at the ************ location. Terrible humans work here I can't imagine how she treats other patients.

Rebuttal to Complaint Filed by Individual Against Interventional Pain Institute ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We at Interventional Pain Institute take pride in providing exemplary care and service to our patients and have built a solid reputation over the years as a trusted and respected institution within our community. It is with this commitment to excellence that we address the recent complaint filed by an individual under Customer Review ID ********** complaint in question is unwarranted and without merit. On the day in question, this individual exhibited belligerent and aggressive behavior that not only disrupted the peace and safety of our facility but also posed a significant threat to our staff and other patients. Our primary responsibility is to ensure the well-being of everyone within our premises, and in light of the escalating situation, we were left with no choice but to contact local law enforcement. The individual was subsequently removed from the premises by the police. We are deeply disappointed that this individual has chosen to file a complaint with the apparent intent of damaging the reputation of our institution. Our commitment to the highest standards of patient care and safety is unwavering, and we have a longstanding history of positive patient outcomes and satisfaction, which speaks for itself. This complaint, rooted in malicious intent, is wholly unjust and does not reflect the values or quality of service that Interventional Pain Institute is known for. We remain dedicated to serving our community with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.Sincerely,IPI Management
