    The doctors billing department continually bills me wrong for visits. The doctors office cant get our contact information right, my name change right (*******) to send billing information to me; they continually bill wrong. Then, I get text messages sent to my daughters phone (not mine) about a balance due. I dont know what the balance is for because there is no invoice. The office is of no help with the matter because they dont do the billing so they cant tell me any details. The billing department is outsourced. I want $19.92 adjusted off of my account for ******. We will not be doing business with Dr. ********************** moving forward. This is the second complaint for this doctors office Ive placed in about 6 months.

    The check was never cased.  It is in our office.  We let her know it is here.  She come get the check or we can mail it to her.

    My phone # changed, and the business was asked to update my contact. My daughter (has my old phone) rec'd a text message that my bill with Nagireddi for ****** ***** was being turned over to collections becuase it was not paid. I NEVER rec'd a call from them, or an invoice or a statement regarding the account balance. When I called the office, the office has no control over the billing because it is done overseas, so they can't even help me other than to send the company an e-mail. This is very frustrating. I did not deserve the threat to be sent to collections, especially when I had updated insurance information with the office in June 2023, and because I was NEVER contacted or notified of this balance. The office had the new correct contact phone # of mine on file for ******, but could not explain why the text message went to my old phone #. I paid $165 of $165 that I should not have had to pay, and I want it refunded to me via check very quickly. I am not at all happy, while *** ********* is a great doctor, this experience has me ready to warn everyone about what could happen since the billing isn't even done in the USA.
