  ***** wasn't ordered for two months because they somehow got files mixed up and yet they were able to process a measurement for my pool and a pressure test charging the correct account end of April. Finally get liner in, paid them to open pool and somehow we have a leak. Three weeks of pool leaking ($$$ water bills) and another purchase (sand change and filter valve) They said sand filter valve was leaking so we needed a new one. That is not the leak problem. Leak problem is likely a plumbing line issue. The owner was rude, and unprofessional. She yelled at me for complaining to her staff and her because no-one is helping us fix the issue. She has since avoided us all together. She tried to tell me she pressure tested before we had all the concrete around our pool removed. Not true, I have dated pictures before they so called pressure tested ( I have a dated credit card transaction and they do not do work if it wasn't paid in full) and you can clearly see no concrete. She is not interested in making anything right although we spent thousands. We always had to call them to see when someone would be out. No proactive outreach. And after all of that one of our pool lights they reinstalled doesn't work and apparently that's our fault. I have never used a company that was so rude and unprofessional in my life. They gladly take payment before doing the work but are not interested at all in making anything right. The pool liner they went to install the first time before Memorial Day weekend, wasn't right so they had to reorder. It has been one issue after another and somehow they are not responsible. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

  I do feel sorry for the ****** but the issue she is having, is with her plumbing. The liner we installed is not leaking. We did pressure check her lines and did not find any leaks. After we completed the pressure test, she had the concrete removed around the pool and has all new concrete now. We believe the concrete crew must have cracked the pool lines. We did not pressure test the pool again after the concrete was poured. The delay with the liner purchase was because she did not pay the required deposit. We did call her about the deposit, and she did not call back for awhile with the payment. I did not speck softly to ***************** when I called her back after she decided to yell at one of my employees. My employee was in tears when she called me about the phone call. We did have to install the liner twice because of a manufacture defect. I have not been avoiding her. I called her when it was determined that the pool level always stops dropping at the skimmer. I suggested she should plug the skimmer so she could have the party she had planned. She never call me back again. I did leave a message once after our last conversation. Fantasy Pools did everything that we were hired to do.
