    I had them to come and put a cover over my camper. The cover they placed on my camper isn&#**;t right. The company claims the arm was bend on the camper. After the repair was done I am unable to use my camper correctly.. I want them to back out immediately and repair my cover and level the equipment correctly. They need to come out and adjust the equipment to work correctly after I have paid him my $1000.00. This work was done back in March.

    His complaint appears to be against a business not related to New Prime, **** d/b/a Prime, ****  We are an interstate trucking company.

    There is nothing wrong with his camper.  The awning on the outside of his camper is wrinkled and we couldn't guarantee the operation of his manual awning.  The new fabric was installed correctly, we showed him where to set the awning arms when he rolls it up.  He is not following the directions we provided to him.  We did offer as a good will gesture to set the arms correctly for him if he would bring it to our shop.

    This is the last email that was sent to Mr. ********* He also complained about us emailing, saying that doesn't do email even though he has an email adress (see below) and has used it in communicating with us before. 
    We offered to show him again how to set the arms evenly(It's very easy to do) if he would like to bring it by our shop, but he has refused. Please reach out if you need any additional information.

    After reviewing the pictures, it is easy to see that you do not have the adjustable arms at the same height when closing the awning. We showed you this when we were there. No fabric will last if it is rolled up in this manner. The ends of the awning arms have to be even when rolling up and unrolling. You can adjust the angle after it is open, but it is critical that they be even when opening/closing. It is putting a lot of strain on that fabric due to the unevenness of the arms. I recommend opening and closing while the end of the arms(shown in picture)are even /level horizontally and this should correct the fabric unless it is has been left in that position for too long.
