This review reflects my personal experience and opinion.I paid $6,081 for treatment at Emerald Womens Hormone Health, owned and operated by **** ****, APRN, CNM, and was extremely disappointed in the quality of care I received. Over the course of several months, I raised multiple concerns regarding hair loss and the need for appropriate lab testing. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, my concerns were minimized or ignored.Critical lab worksuch as iron, ferritin, and ********* testingwas either skipped, not ordered, or not properly uploaded to my account. I had to request access to missing lab results multiple times, and my February 2025 results were never properly uploaded. Most concerning was the prescription and shipment of *********, a powerful hair loss medication, without my consent or any discussion of potential risks, long-term side effects, or what could happen if the medication was discontinued. I was denied the opportunity for informed consent, which I believe is a serious ethical and professional oversight.Instead of addressing my underlying medical concerns, I was directed toward an expensive, newly developed hair loss program, referred to a third-party dermatologist, and encouraged to purchase additional treatmentsall without transparency about cost or necessity. When I submitted a formal refund request in April 2025 due to the unresolved issues and lack of professional follow-up, I received no response. I have since filed formal complaints with the ******************************* and other relevant licensing bodies. This experience caused significant financial and emotional frustration. I do not recommend **** **** or Emerald Womens Hormone Health to others seeking ethical, transparent, and informed medical care.
