Took my vehicle up there for a warranty repair for an overheating issue. Told them the thermostat was sticking they said well we have to do our own diagnostic. They said it was a coolant temp sensor and put it under my powertrain warranty, got vehicle back and it was still overheating took it back the same week. Told them again it was the thermostat, they keep it for 2 days and called backed and said well I think your thermostat is sticking and think your radiator has a leak. So they proceed to open a new claim on my platinum warranty this time and told me I had to pay another $100 dollars for the same issue they didnt fix. I refused due to the negligence of the diagnostic and the shop advisor and the tech didn't listen to me or take their time in the first place to diagnose the car right. Mind you, my car never had a check engine light so they just decided to do what they thought would fix the issue. Then the service advisor **** was rude that I thought I was getting ranked or in a really bad sit comm. Demanding that I pay an additional $100 if I want my vehicle back or talk the person who originally started the job which was ***. But continued to lie and say *** is not here or that he is on vacation. I waited an additional 3 days to get my truck back after calling my warranty 20 times explaining the situation multiple times they finally agreed to waive everything but wouldn't give me documentation to show. I Then go back to pick up my truck just for **** to demand the $100 I said to call claims he said I don't know why you're making a big deal just pay the $100 fee and you can have your truck back. I said I'm not going to pay you again for an issue you didn't fix in the first place that's why I brought my truck back. And after all of the going back and forth the warranty company told **** that they waived the fee and to release my truck. Mind you them claimed they replaced my radiator and thermostat but left my coolant reservoir completely empty will never go back

I bought a car from Travers GMT Auto Sales on *** * *** *** *********** ** *****. 2days later the check engine light came on I took it to **** **** to check code "replace oil control valve" Took it to Travers Premiere Auto & Tire to be fixed which that was where Travers Auto Sales told me to take it. Couple days later they call and say my car has been fixed. I go get it and 2days later the check engine light came on again. I took it back to **** **** to get the code but it was the same as before, oil control valve that mean they never fixed it. So I took it back to Travers Premiere. They call me back a couple days later claiming to have fixed the car for the second time. I got off the lot the check engine light came on again. I took it right back to complain. They kept the car. After the 4th time taking to get serviced they told me that the problem was that I needed my oil cleaned and the oil filter had "collapsed" and tried to charge me $100.00. I took it to ********* to get the oil change as they suggested because they were the ones that did my oil change and the said that I had more than half way to go before I needed new oil and as for the "collapse filter they lied the filter looked new I was told. My car has been serviced 5-6 times for the exact same code. My car is in the shop at this moment. I only had the car for 6 months and have not driven it a whole week w/o the check engine light coming on. For what I can tell they only clear the check engine light and call me to come get it as if they've fixed it. I've been going through this with Travers premiere for the last 6months (2-3 days) after buying the car. My dealer warranty has expired and they are claiming that this part is not covered under my extended warranty. This does not sound right to me because it is the same thing since day 3 of owning my car and has never been fixed correctly. For the same code and multiple things being fixed is crazy to me. I just want it fixed.
