    I am 66 years old and on a fixed income. I called the store first about a wig because I used to buy them from them, 6 at a time. They told me that they had them. I told them I was sending my daughter and to make sure it was what I wanted to buy. They said they had the same brand in a wavy wig. I told them I wanted the wavy one too. I gave my daughter the money for them. I didn't get either one that I wanted - wrong color and curly wig. I called up there to tell them that and they told me to bring it back. I don't have a car and would have to pay someone to get to the store. They told me final sale. I asked how can it be final sale and they told me to bring it back tomorrow. I was speaking with the supervisor and I just wanted an exchange. I wanted to see the wavy wig and they did not even have one. I picked out another wig. I bought another wig on the wig head. They gave me the wig in a package and told me final sale. When I got home it was not what I picked out.

    I spoke with her when she came in with a couple of wigs.  I noticed she had used them but noticed that there are a lot of different conditions that the wigs were in.  Our store policy is that we do not accept returns on wigs.  It is clearly stated in our store.  I told her I cannot accept them.

    This customer didn't have enough money to pay the bill.  She tried to take the merchandise. We used her credit card to pay.

    I went to the store on nov 13th to buy a clip in bang. A women took it out the bag to match my hair. She said it matched. I went to my car to look at it in the light. She sold me the wrong item. She sold me a closure that you use on sew in hair. My hair is real. I went back into the store to exchange. The refused. She told me the bag was missing. She removed the plastic when she opened the bag. They call called me a liar in front of all the customers. I am partial paralyzed and can barely walk. I was so embarrassed on the way i was treated

    I spoke to the customer already and she can bring it and we will refund her.  There was miscommunication with our employees.
