I have been working with her through the NACA home buying program. I have been dealing with her since May. In home buying programs, it is done through escrow. I didn't receive any payment until December 2. There is a lot of paperwork through their program which takes time. I started working on permits and such because that has to be done before I can start work. I bought materials for the job. The electrical part and termite part has been done. We have done some work for HVAC.

I am rejecting this response because:
Per inspection contractor has only purchased lumber wood.
Termination of contract was provided. Money provided by customer needs to be returned in the amount of 10,000. Contractor has been reimbursed for electrical work that was originally paid by money provided by myself and  has now been provided compensation by NACA.

I paid the 10,000 from my account to Mr. ******** of Next Level Contruction Co LLC to purchase supplies. He received a cashier's check and wrote a receipt that I provided a copy of with the original communication thread.
