    *** came out this morning after calling him yesterday for a torsion spring that snapped. Fixed the spring and was out within 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced and was very professional.

    *** saved my Day! I was thrilled he was able to fit me into his schedule on the same day. I imagined the worst, significant cost to repair or replacement of the whole door depending on the contractor I would select. *** arrived promptly and snapped a loose part in place and in a few seconds the door was fixed. I was EXCITED! His response was no charge. I told him no way, Im paying. He then offered to lubricate the door since I wouldnt let him walk away without showing my appreciation. ***, owner of RS Garage Door, was not out to make a buck but instead to make a customer connection. I wish all contractors would follow his business model. Thanks ***
