  We have been waiting for ITCOY to secure permits to begin our replacement of our deck since we paid them a deposit in August this year. Communications (texts, emails, calls) have been initiated by my husband and me and the company is often slow to respond. They said they were having trouble getting the permit approved and that we may be needed to help expedite the process. However, after receiving no instructions on what we needed to do, I called St. Louis County Public Works myself *** was told there have been no permits filed relating to our property. The lady looked several times, refreshed her screen, and even tried a different spelling of our street name and still found no results under our home address.

  I called St. Louis County Public Works again, 10/23/23 @ 9:08 am and no permit has been filed regarding our property at our home address where our deck is to be demolished, rebuilt, and extended beyond its original location. ITCOY (****) had stated they were waiting on permits and the process would take several weeks. We have been waiting since our initial deposit and NO permits have been filed. We want a FULL refund at this point. This is the only resolution we are seeking. We do NOT want to continue in a professional relationship with this company (ITCOY or **** and their associates/affiliates).

  I would like for them to redo the forms on the patio. I showed them the picture of what I wanted and they are still not giving it to me. The steps are ok. They didn't tell me some things until I saw it.
  
  I would like a half moon or circle design of my patio instead of a square.

  The job was to replace a 10ft x 12ft patio.  Not to create a new circle patio.  The price that the customer was charged reflects a replacement and to put retaining wall around new patio.  The patio is square and the customer was educated that the retaining wall can be rounded on the ends but not at the front.  The example picture that the customer wanted is a picture of a squared retaining wall:  she was educated that her house layout is totally different from the house and patio on picture and that her project would be customized to her house layout.

  Ms. **** ****** is going to give me what I want and that is the round circle I ask for however relentlessly I had to pay up some more money in the amount of 3250.00 this money is for my round circle  .She did not do what I ask. Trying to cut corners isn’t going to get it. As the contract says retainer wall $ 3274.04 install retaining wall around patio. All materials included. we will see what happens. I want the wall to come up so that I am able to sit on it if I choose too. 
  

  My total bill on concrete pour concrete slab cost pour concrete steps 7 of them 3346.14 Grade and level area in patio and steps. I never heard of rebar fiber in concrete mix and that is what she says I’m getting. 

  My thing is why cut corners on a senior. Do it right the first time you don’t have to do it the second time.  My total bill so far is 12, 509.96 plus tack on 3,250 for my circle wall to be done correctly. I’m paying for the circle to be done and not a square.  The 10x15 square was graded and level now will have to undo the square and give me a circle. Plus grade and level again. Concrete haven’t been poured . Nor the retainer wall up. Today is Sunday the workers will be here Monday September11, 2023

  She hasn't finished my retaining wall.  All she has to do is to put up my retaining wall.  She finished the concrete and she said the next thing was the wall.

  The job is not finished. I need my retainer wall wall up to prevent falls from my patio floor and she will be done after it is up. I have paid her already to do this for me. She always come up with some lame excuse. All the men called in sick. What man will turn down work for money. And on the weekends too. Are she will say. I have a date for you. Tuesday or Wednesday just something from the top of her head she would say. It turns out to be a no show are as they say. I feel like I’m working with a dishonest person. I thought I knew. How to do things. She’s messing with my emotions. She got my money. I just want her to completely finish the job. Put up my retainer wall.
