I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: he is not telling the full truth. Me and my realtor is not trying to find fault YOU at FULT! I hired you as my inspector and I definitely asked you did I have foundational problems or structural problems you told me no! This is one of the best homes for the price you getting it ****** did your own inspection and when I came to the home only pointed out the things that you showed me on my report. You never did the inspection with me! You never said anything about the large cracks on the outside of my home. you said you told my agent which, in fact, she stated you never did, but regardless of the fact, I hired you so you should have told me. And in all of that you took it upon yourself to come to my home and look and stated that you will come back and seal my basement and put a wall up after your surgery and you never showed up to do so) you gave me a bad inspection!

    Sincerely,

    ******* *****

I am sorry that your homebuying experience was less then extraordinary. It's really hard for me to write this because you and I know it's not my fault. And I don't blame you for taking action. So, at the time of your Inspection, I explained to you and your realtor. (1) the basement was made of cinderblock and there was high potential for leaking. (2). The driveway is slope to the garage basement has been freshly painted and there is no evidence of water penetration at this time. However. I am going to recommend you upgrade the basement by waterproofing the walls. So, over the last few months, you called and alerted me to some issues with the home. For Instance, snakes in toilets, busted pipes, leaking roof, and sheets of paint falling off the wall in the basement, and water penetrating the basement. You stated that you didn't believe I could have known about any of these things happening. I think the seller hid these problems." At this time, I informed you to contact your agent and let her know that you want the seller to come back and back to the house to repair all the items on your list. You informed me that the general contractor came back and worked on each item on your list, but he didn't completely repair any one item (except the roof). Consequently, you couldn't get them to come back out and finish the repairs. So, you and you realtor decided to try and find some deficiency in my inspection report, in an effort to sway me into fixing some of the repairs you start complaining about a stair step crack around two bricks that was not in the report. Ok. (remember your basemen! flooded wall to wall about a half foot deep). *****! I don't think that rain over 3 days and 24 hours a day, coming in this stair step crack around two bricks would result in the flood in in your basement.  You may need to contact an independent public insurance adjuster to review your insurance policy or contact a real estate attorney for next steps. If you need my insurance information just let me know. There Is a statute of limitation on time when filing this sort of claim. ****** is 100% liable and it's not me. You must figure out a way to get attorney representation!!!!!!

I received a call from him on your personal cell phone and he was argumentative, telling me that it was nothing he could do since I reported him to the BBB.  He denied telling me that my house had foundation and structural issues.  I do not want him calling me.  I am now seeking legal action.

The ********* has never asked for my liability insurance even though I told her I had it. I was trying to help her by offering to come back to seal the basement walls. However, sealing the walls would not keep the water out if nothing was done to address the driveway drain.

I have included photos of the basement in question at the time of the inspection. The basement is taking in water from the garage, which is under the house and wide open to the rest of the basement. Ms. ***** showed photos of a snake and water up to about 3 inches across the entire basement floor. Also visible in the photos is leaves and dirt as well as a bucket of Dry Lok that the sellers contractor brought and left there with a paint brush for Ms. ***** to use. The issue with the driveway and garage were included in the report. Ms. ******* brokers set up for her to receive funding for repairs and she denied that assistance.

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
You told me you have lawyers and  insurance and never released the information to me! You told me that you would come back over to waterproof the basement and close the garage you never did! You never told me about the crack foundation on the outside of my Home and you told me it dont matter because its something little! When you called me the other day night after I made my first initial report with the BBB. I dont look at you coming over to do that work for a favor I look at it as a mission to guilt due to You knowing you told me that nothing was wrong with my foundation then this happen. And the driveway you told me just to keep the drain clear and I will be fine In which I always keep that drain clear and the wall that you said you was going to put up would prevent that from happening. I have no wall no up no waterproof to the basement. Now you saying it wont even help my situation.

    Sincerely,
