      I contracted ******************************* on 06 /24/23. He stated that he was a contractor, and the name of his business was J1c Complete Services LLC. ***************************** reported that he was licensed in several states. He stated that he has been a contractor for over 20 years. He also presented references of contracts he had previously completed. ******************************* stated gave a cost of what it would cost to build a deck and basement repair. He completed a contract, and requested upfeint cost for materials. ******************************* stated that he could complete this work in 5 no more than six days. On 05/26/23, ********* came and tore down the old porch. I paid him a total of ****. He stated I needed an additional 400 for the cost ro remove abestos. ******************************* now refuses to return my calls. I later found there was no abestos , and his business is not registered. The business card he presented was not valid. The address of his business is a home address.

      On 05/23/23, I met with a contractor at my home to complete an assessment for a replacement deck, and plumbing work in the basement. I met with *********, who stated that he was a contractor with over twenty years of experience. He stated that he has completed work in multiple states, and gave a price on repairs. ********* stated he required upfront cost for materials. He reported that he would be able to start the repairs the following day 05/26/23. ********* came out the following day to tear down the old deck. He assured the work would be completed in five no later than six days. I didn't hear from this individual for several days afterwards. I made numerous calls, and he finally answered the calls, and stated that his wife had to go into the hospital, and apologized. ********* assured that he would be able to complete the job. I spoke with him understanding his situation, and stated if he needed for us to locate another contractor, we could understand. ********* assured he would be able to complete the project. He assured he would maintain an open line of communication. The day this individual was supposed to come, he did not show. I have not heard from ********* at all. He has continuously ignored all calls, and messages. He has breached the terms of his contract. ********* has taken a total of 6180.00. I am a senior citizen, and hope other elderly people have not experienced this behavior from this company.
