      This company has a thing with accepting accountability even when a person not interested in filing a claim I just them to be aware that one of their drivers damaged the electrical connection where the trailer hook up to the truck this happened because the lady that unhooked the trailer from the truck in order to get on the flat bed never unhooked the electrical connections even after showing them photos that I took while on their lot , and Im on video trying to fix the mistake that was before enlighten them about it oh boy was the so call owner in denial get your lawyer mode as he claim his 18 million dollar company dont make those mistake . Like how do you deny whats on your cameras? When the truck coming into your town yard shows the wires hanging the trailer the came in at the same exact time the truck was brought in both showing hanging freshly split wires over800 hundred dollars for a 1 day in pound and damaged the truck rear lights system as well as the connection and wire for the trailer terrible attitude from the front desk elderly white guess she dont like the interracial couple thing because she refuse to even acknowledge the only customers in the room literally put up her close sign and made us wait for ****** to finish on the phone with a customer but then sat there starring as if shes never seen a black and white couple but then again it a 18 million dollar company that scams on prices and damage property in the process.

      Ripoff!! Son was in an accident and **************** imediatly called this company to tow my sons car. A week later (still waiting for the police to complete the accident report) I asked to get some items out of the car and theu are denying access to the car until I pay $600+ to have the car towed 4 min away from their yard and for $50 a day storage. Lady on the phone was rude to my son and and to myself. This is a typical operation for scamming people out of money who have been in an accident. Never call these people for anything and I will make sure to pull the agreement the city has with them and vote them out of the next contract renewal. SCAM COMPANY!!!!!
