    I hired this company to move me, they quoted me $2500.00 and ended up being charged $7700.00, which included an extra $100.00 for moving my refrigerator that they damaged during the move. This company encourages consumers to pay cash, and tells consumers all credit card fees would be a consumers responsibility to pay, This company stalled this move over 3 days and was paid each day in cash. I constantly asked the company for a receipt and was told they only give one receipt at the end of the move, but never did provide me a breakdown of all the fees I was charged for. I have done additional research and found they do not have a business license . This company is ripping off consumers by advertising as a professional company on social media. I am in fear for my life.

    Dear Madam, 
    I am writing in response to the complaint issued by Ms. *********. She was not provided a receipt due to her not fully paying her bill. She has a remaining balance of over six hours for packing that was completed for her. She also owes a balance for moving pads that she has not returned. There are over fifty pads at her location and the rental fee for those pads is $7.00 a day. 
    In regards to the refrigerator, Ms. ********* messaged me the first day and said there was an issue with it. She stated that the compressor was possibly bumped. Then, 2-3 days later she made the claim that the cord was damaged but could not provide pictures. I have texts from Ms. ********* stated that she was pleased with the move so I am unsure of why she is now stating she is in fear of her life. I have pictures of the packing too.

    Done Deal moving/ ****** ***** Is #1 not telling the truth. He packed my belongs in a garage, left 18 old, used pads he stated he didn’t need. My bill was paid $$7,600 cash, plus forced tips. He wasn’t leaving until he had $100 bills for his employees. I was scared to death of him. He refused to provide a daily paid receipt I requested each day. I provided his people with 14 large pizzas & 12 liters of soda on 9/24.  They worked 6, 6, 7 & 4 hours each day. He was paid an additional $100 cash to move the refrigerator. I let him know it wasn’t working, I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it and mentioned compressed, it turned out to be the fridge plug & ice maker plug were broken. I sent him a copy of the repair invoice on 10/4. It worked perfect before he moved it, as I kept ice & water cold for them each day. I want a paid invoice for my records and paid damages.

    The customer paid her part of the bill for the moving. The customer has an unpaid balance for 8 hours of packing. I had five people there packing at $205 an hour that equals $1,640. The customer still has 30 of our packing pads and those rent at $7.00 a piece per month. We moved the customer in September. **** had failed to provide us with our materials. She owes $210 a month for the pad and for two months that is $420. Her total remaining bill is $2,060. The customer fails to understand all that is involved in packing and moving.

    I am rejecting this response because:



    I paid the full balance.  They would not give me a receipt.  He never said I owed him any money.  I have 18 of his packing pads and I text him everyday to come and get them.  To get to the packing pads, he will need to move the furniture they stacked up on each other.  I kept asking him for a receipt and he never provided one.
