    This company continued to bill me for almost a year after I cancelled service. I called customer service multiple times and it went straight to voicemail with no response. They have since sent the balance to a collection agency which will reflect on my credit if I dont pay it. They are scamming customers for services not provided.

    We cancelled this customer because he was past due.  It was cancelled 11/14/2023.  We have attempted to contact him many times.  It was written off as bad debt.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

    You all said you contacted me. Yet, I got a new phone and new number. I had called in multiple times with no one ever answering the phone for customer service. A call should be answered when a customer calls in over a handful of times trying to get assistance. I left many messages saying I wanted to cancel yet my account was never cancelled. I was told you were servicing the residence. Yet I had moved out of the residence and there was no possible way to pick up dog p*** that was not there. I was being charged for months while not even living at the residence. It also proves to me that the business is able to lie about their servicing because the rental I was in was owned by a company and they rented it out after I moved out. So if what I was told is correct - the new renters had a company that they were not familiar with in their lawn. They also had no dog because I know the couple who moved into the residence. You are charging customers who try to cancel due to poor customer service and your companies negligence. You argue with customers and get defensive because you cannot manage your company/books well. The reason/answer I was given when asked if you know the service was performed when I moved out was The lady has worked here for many years - I trust her. Please stop scamming customers due to poor management. Please pick up the phone when customers need help. And most importantly - never send a customer to a collection agency due to your negligence. Some people care very much about maintaining good credit. These are not things to be taken lightly. I will continue to pursue this issue until I know that no others will have to deal with this.

    The customer was emailed and texted about over due amount. I never received a call or email as I would have record of it , via phone records or emails. I am the only person to recieve this information. 

     

    Anytime a customer reaches out to me via phone or email I respond and cancel service as requested. 

     

    This has also been written off as bad debt in the amount of $181.37.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

    During my time with this service I got a new phone number and email because I got married and combined accounts with my wife. The emails, texts, and calls they claimed to reach out to me by were on my old number. I called in with my new and old number to cancel prior and after I switched phones and emails. I would love to see the records of how many times I called in and never once had someone pick up the phone. The owner always claimed she called me back. Yet I only have record of one call back. I probably tried to call to cancel 20+ times. On top of all of this, I no longer lived there. There was nothing to service. No p*** to pick up. So Im wondering what I was paying for. It would be plain as day that the worker would show up and see no job to be done. Common sense would question to call the individual and say it seems you do not live here anymore, did you move? Yet they billed me for months and months while they claim they showed up and did their job (which was a lie and not possible when nothing was to be done).
