    It is cold in the whole building. We have heaters trying to keep warm. We can&#**;t use the microwave and stove. We have to go to the basement to turn everything back on because the microwave shuts everything down. I haven&#**;t had heat since November 2022.

    The landlord still has not done anything to my apartment.  The drywall has plastic under it.  It's going to be cold in my room and he is not really doing anything.  I have been without heat since December.  When it went out, the heater was off and one of the guys in the building told me my outlets were burned out.  I told the landlord and he said I must have done something to it.

    Customer Statement of Problem

     The build is at 75** heat in the pass and now I bought a new wondow unit that heat and cool in August 2022 and put in wondow, ***************************** Destroy it within 6 month by under plug it Due to being Dunk form Alcohol Every Day.  and not plug it back up Right.  I ask him to by Another one he did not to buy and take out of the rent he was pass due.  I did get him 2 small heater that keep the Room Temperature.

    My landlord came to my house yesterday.  He served me eviction papers and it was not certified.  I don't think it is notarized or official.  He is mad that I put in the complaint about the house.

    This paper that the landlord gave me is phony.  It is just a piece of paper he gave me.  I have been hear a year and a half and he never gave me a lease and he never gave me a receipt.  We don't have a stove.  He said he does not care.

    This is a boarding house and I rent from this boarding house, The furnace is out, and he doesn't want to fix it. The electricity it goes on and off. It has something to do with the circuit breaker. Some has to go in the basement and switch the circuit breaker to get the electricity back on. The plumbing was out for five to six days and then he finally got that fixed. I would like for him to fix the heating and the electricity.

    I currently rent from This landlord I have never received a receipt after paying rent nor do we have heat in the building. the ceiling in the kitchen is damaged, every time someone walks upstairs dry wall falls into my room. I have not had heat since I moved in. I had to buy plastic to put up to the window. I have asked when he will make the repairs and he states that he will be back. I was informed when I first moved in everything was including in the rent etc. water, heat, trash, and electric. and as of right now we do not have gas. Also I have to go downstairs to the breaker box to turn on the power all day. I would like for him to make the necessary repairs building to continue to have tenants.

    The Celling damaged in corner of wall "12x15" have been repair.  Damage becaues of putting rags in Toilet.  He no why it was.

    Ther is no problem with the electric. The Electric in durig what its suppose to do cut of IF To much is plug in it.
