    I am not sure what rating to give so I will give 2, I was not pleased with the service I received. Roper's Tree Service took 2 months to cut down a tree. The rating of 3 is because we can't control the weather, but on the days we had good weather I did not receive a phone call and no one showed to complete the job, I had to call numerous times to ask if they had come back out, I received excuses after excuse. But, at the same time they worked on a house on my street and was there every day, I also paid for removal of the limbs from the tree in the backyard and I have to clean my own backyard. Maybe it's because I paid all the money due upfront but $500.00. I will not do that again. It is sad that has a woman you feel taken advantage of. I worked with this company because he is a young black man and I believe in supporting my people. I am sadden by this company business etiquette.

    Arrived on time. Difficult removal to avoid damage to my garage roof and Telephone lines. They also avoided dropping any heavy cuts on my new concrete driveway. Also the equipment was parked on a asphalt shoulder and didn't drip any oil. Did a very good clean up including lot next to me where many the trimmings fell on.

    I had ******************* trim and remove the deadwood from a pin oak tree in my backyard. The tree was well over 100 feet tall, over 3 foot in diameter and about 1/2 dead! The trim was constrained by a high voltage power line under 2-3 of the branches. The trimming was accomplished without the use of any crane. All this was done my ******* with no problems. I real marvel to watch. All the trash was removed and limbs we selected were cut in 18-inch lengths and stacked for me for use as firewood. The yard was raked and left in perfect condition. I would highly recommend ***** Tree Survive for any tree trim or removal.
