      I hired him and got him off BBB's website. He hasn't followed through on what he was hired to do. There were times when he wasn't here. He had issues with his son and could have sent his workers to do the job. Last week, I hadn't heard from him and he said he had passed out and had to go to the hospital. He was going to send 2 guys out over the weekend to finish my work. He has not done the job to my satisfaction. He said he would put a lien on my property. I gave him $800 up front and the job is not done and not done the way it should be done. I wasn't happy his service.

      **** and his team (his brother and their childhood friend) recently provided us with exceptional service while making repairs and performing additions at our house. What distinguishes them from most other contractors in business today is: 1) their ability to communicate courteously and comfortably with their customers; 2) straightforward discussion on present and potential issues regarding the work to be performed; 3) a willingness to work to solve a problem until it is done even if it exceeds normal business hours; 4) respect in caring for your property while they are doing work; 5) a good clean sense of humor and 5) extremely reasonable rates for their service. I cannot recommend them more highly.
