    I ordered on 08/28/202 three doors from a guy named ****. He said we could make payments. He could get the patio door and the north door. He kept telling me that it was on back order. Six months later ****** told me that I could not get those doors So, I picked different doors and she ordered them. I told her that I had a contractor that would install my doors. Her boss called me and told me that it is difficult to install the doors and would not cover the warranty. So, I agreed for them to install the door. I only had to pay for one door. I already had already paid for the other two doors. He agreed to half in payment for the installment fee. He said I did not have to take the front door since I did not pay for it. The next day that I had to take the front door and that I had to pay the installment fee upfront. I told them that I would have the installment fee paid by the 1st of June and they would work on me getting scheduled for door installation. I have paid for three doors, installment and mileage. I have not received any of my doors. I have reached out to them multiple times and I have not received a response. I would like for my doors to be installed or be refunded for the doors, installation, and mileage.

    ****** called the customer and chewed me out about reporting a compliant.  This is so unprofessional.  The company messed up on the ordering of the door trim and now they are postponing the installation of the doors until 09/01/2023.

    Customer order some doors with a gentleman that is no longer with the company, it has been months and months before the doors  were paid off.  We were going to go do her doors today but the customer did not order a correct piece for the doors.  Customer did not order the trim kit for the doors.  The trim kit was order today and once we have that we call  the customer back and schedule a date for the door installation.  We just want the customer to be happy and we are going to get this done.  We graced her to pay these doors off.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I was not my fault that the door trim wasn't ordered. They never mentioned a door trim or kept us informed. We had two contact them. Two weeks ago we started texting to find out the date but there was no response. Then when I called the Better Business Bureau she blamed me. That's an excuse the the gentleman I ordered with was no longer there. After I called the Better Business Bureau she degraded me to my husband, and chewed me and my husband out. That was very unprofessional and this wasn't the first time she's did this.

    My doors only 2 out of 3 got put in  the  north door ordered 34x78 the  door they bought with them is a 34x80 my husband didn't send it back because we didn't  want to  wait  another year . We paid  for  trim that  micky didn't order enough  of an paid  for  3 doors to be installed  that's about 350$ for one door. Was not  told about hardware for  the doors.

    I paid the owner $2200 to make repairs on a mobile home that I have in *************************, **. He was to level the trailer, put extra blocks where needed and new skirting around the whole thing. He was to also put a roof over the mobile home and the out building; and he was to cover the entire home and out building with siding. I paid by personal check. The check is dated May 26, 2022. None of the work has been done. I have called six times since hiring him and he&#**;s only answered the phone once. The one time I spoke to him he said he was late on another job and couldn&#**;t get mine started. He told me at the signing of the contract that the work would take a couple of weeks. I have several text messages from him. I have spoken to his nephew who was supposed to relay messages to the owner.

    I spoke to the business and requested he mail the refund to me.  He said he wouldn't do that.  I could come and get it from him or he could mail it to the BBB or AG's office.  I would be ok with him mailing it to BBB.

    Thank you for all your help in my case. I received my deposit back in full. The issue with Ozark Beach Mobile Center has been resolved.
